Comfortable bed and a nice sofa in the room 😊.

I was there for 3 nights and would stay here again. The rooms were romantic, well decorated, and had central heating, an ironing set and coffee/tea making equipment. The setting was quite incredibly comfortable within easy reach of a grand old Victorian pier.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including central heating, an ironing set, and coffee/tea making equipment. The guest house's proximity to Dartmouth Steam Railway was very convenient.

That there was no on-site parking, which meant we had to find parking nearby and pay for it. Other than that, everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Situated in a quiet street, it was only a short stroll away from the attractions. the room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, with options to cater to individual needs. the guest house had facilities such as a small safe and fridge in the room, adding to the convenience of the stay.

The noise from others using the toilets and showers was sometimes bothersome.

Soundproofing isn't great, so it's possible to hear the seagulls outside, which might be a distraction for light sleepers.
